Eric Rochow is a very cool guy from Brooklyn, who contacted me after listening to my  ”Why We Cook” episode on cabbage and fermentation. Not to be confused of course with last week’s episode on kombucha and fermentation!

Eric has a great blog and web radio/tv  show called Garden Fork, which is full of all kinds of interesting things about food, cooking, gardening, home repairs, beekeeping…basically everything that I love too!
