		<description><![CDATA[<p>Eric Rochow is a very cool guy from Brooklyn, who contacted me after listening to my  &#8221;Why We Cook&#8221; episode on cabbage and fermentation. Not to be confused of course with last week&#8217;s episode on kombucha and fermentation!</p>
<p>Eric has a great blog and web radio/tv  show called Garden Fork, which is full of all kinds of interesting things about food, cooking, gardening, home repairs, beekeeping&#8230;basically everything that I love too!</p>

<p>This mushroom is edible, although we didn&#8217;t eat any of them. They are used as a substitute for chicken (thus the name) although some people are allergic. No mushroom should be eaten without a concrete identification by someone who REALLY knows.</p>
