Erica Teaching at ICE
Erica is one of the longest tenured Chef Instructors at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York.
In addition to writing curriculum at ICE, She currently teaches in the professional program and regularly runs recreational classes.
She has taught internationally at At-Sunrice in Singapore, and Culinary Salon Uno in Tokyo. She is also a guest instructor at the Culinary Vegetable Institute in Ohio.
